Daily Duties at The Pantry, Inc.:
• Complete project management responsibilities for the company's compliance with the requirements of the Sarbanes-Oxley section 404 and 302 including planning, budgeting, staffing and execution of the company's annual assessment. • Quarterly 302 certification process. • Quarterly reporting to the Audit Committee. • Hiring and training of staff • Developed and executed instructional and educational sessions for the process/control owners to better understand Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and their responsibilities.
