Daily Duties at Phase3 Software:

Managed several sales and pre-sales staff at US branch of Australian startup company. Answered technical questions about the Phase3 rapid-application-development (RAD) product to potential customers. Developed skills in programming in the C, C++ and Pascal languages. Significant contributor to both fledgling QA and technical support roles. • Took initiative to learn Windows (16-bit/API) programming to better help the company handle growing technical support needs. • Contributed significantly to the creation of 1500 pages of documentation for the product that was called “Some of the best documentation of any computer software” (Windows Tech Journal , March 1995) • Co-created testing procedures and methodologies that resulted in significantly reduced customer-affecting defects.
