Daily Duties at Symantec:

Responsible for creating dedicated testing team for new mobile products. Tracked and reported testing progress. Set testing goals and milestones. Motivated team to work long hours. Created and reviewed test plans and test cases, wrote and reviewed defect reports and participated in change control board decisions. • Drove team’s stress test automation effort to enable the first earning of Palm Computing’s Platinum Certification by a Symantec product (Mobile WinFax). • Created innovative testing strategy and methodology for both Windows CE and Palm OS devices. • Utilized diverse talents to contribute to on-time product completion including the writing of the InstallShield installation script, the legal/copyright notice for the documentation and the creation of the screenshots used in the retail box art.
