Daily Duties at Revol Wireless:

Handled end-to-end management of a wireless network with more than 200,000 subscribers; teamed with Nortel and Internal Network systems to ensure optimal operation. Managed maintenance and patching for Nortel Packet (VoiP) MSC; monitored and resolved outages and NOC issues. • Trained Tier II technical support specialists on call flow and troubleshooting. Innovated NOC-Monitor tool using Oracle XE, PHP and AJAX to display real-time statistics for the production network.
