Daily Duties at Liquid Quimica Mexican; Praxair Group:
At Liquid Quimica Mexicana; Praxiar group. Quality Assurance Manager (Manufacture Precipitated Calcium Carbonate (Industrial & USP, EP, JP Grades) • Managed the Quality Department activities to assure the product quality along the process and finished goods. Facilitated the correct Quality System Implementation by supporting a training team and equipment procurement. • Reviewed analyses results in order to approve production batches before releasing them for sale. • Provided technical support in the Marketing stage and helped sales area analyzing and solving customer complaints • Structured and implemented Quality system. Established Internal Audits as Lead Auditor, responsible for programming, execution, report, follow up of corrective and preventive actions. • Visited Customers establishing strong business relationship with them. • Participated in the Planning and development of new products • Developed a team of eleven Quality supervisors for two plants.
