Daily Duties at Sprint Nextel :

• Coordinated system loads of manual credit adjustments into the Sprint Commissions system for multiple lines-of-business, covering national sales for all retail and business representatives. • Manage central appeal escalation e-mail and coordinate payments and transfers-of-credit based off of request and approval e-mails received. • Complete validation checkpoints and results within central MS Access database tables. • Maintain reporting, logs, and documentation for uploads processing, credit transfers, and validation results. • Coordinate uploads from business partners and split-credit sales through online ticket system, maintaining communication with business partner representatives of status, issues, and completion of resulting commission payouts. • Analyze system issues and complete root-cause analysis to ensure proper payments are applied by the commission system and global system issues are identified and remedied. • Complete corrections and updates to system records and deposit entries to ensure correct payouts.
