Daily Duties at American Family Insurance:
• Solicit insurance products to new and existing clients. Conduct comparisons to other insurers/policies. Calculate and quotes policy premiums. • Make suitable recommendations on policy coverages and options, closes sales, and processes applications. • Create and utilize strategies to close sales on a daily basis. • Maintain an active awareness of current products / coverages offered and underwriting rules. • Analyze information such as motor vehicle reports, credit reports, applications, risk, etc., to accept or reject new business. • Tracks daily sales activity; keep management apprised of sales activity on an ongoing basis. • Promotes favorable image to enhance public attitudes regarding company products and services. • Compliant with Do-Not-Call regulations, policies and procedures. • Assist customers with account changes. • Respond to customers in an appropriate manner.
