Developed, Planned, Mentor, Evaluated and supported Community Need based Programs at micro level for at- risk children (4-15 years ) and Youths. • Organized programs for community in areas of multiculturalism, community services, health, wellness, communication, adjustment, transition, relationship, consumer education, recreational activities, sexuality and spirituality. • Determined clients through surveys & home visits assessed emotional, financial, psychological, and social needs and planed appropriate activities for individual child and families. Arranged Fund Raising Campaign and Grant Writing for college and community upliftment. Organized Mass media such as print media, radio and local Television in the campaign. Developed self empowerment and self employment programs for community youth and children. Developed intra personal relation with community, Teachers, Nonprofit Organization, schools, parents, Universities to achieve educational goals for children and youths. Helped and supported the families in finding the local resources & counseling them in Non formal setting. Motivated students in Mainstreaming in formal schooling through Alternative Education. Worked collaboratively with colleges, Nonprofit Organization, Youth Clubs, Community Worker, school and parents to implement community outreach programs. Coordinated and facilitated workshops on time management & motivational skills.
