Just completed assessing the programming, design, budgeting and execution of the Veterans Administration process for delivering new and renovated hospital and medical facilities projects. Compared current VA project execution processes with industry standard best practices. Met with top VA officials and prepared a final report for presentation to the Director of the National Institute of Building Sciences as part of the VAFM Transformation Initiative.
