- Regulated landlord-tenant issues by investigating complaints, as well as obtained information from incoming claims and compiled a file of information concerning the complaints. - Evaluated each file, analyzed if the housing codes were violated, and determined how to process claims - Initiated complaints and litigation to serve fair housing goals. - Conducted conferences, training and seminars to inform government and housing professionals about fair housing laws. - Informed and advised community residents of their fair housing rights. - Assisted businesses, neighborhood groups, agencies, and units of government in the development of fair housing goals, plans, strategies, and actions, as well as provided information and referral for families with housing needs.
