Daily Duties at Pacc Health Plans:
Effectively monitored and controlled all activity for assigned book of business, which included accounts of 100 to 5,000 members. Analyzed appropriate data to produce renewal rate packages using independent judgment in accordance with underwriting authority guidelines. Successfully partnered with sales executives in renewal presentations to clients and agents in order to retain their business. Assisted in training and peer review to see that quality standards were consistently met.
