Daily Duties at Boise Us Employees Federal Credit Union:
Review prior day's loan submission for completeness and accuracy from loan officers. Review loan applications and credit reports for creditworthiness. Approve or deny loan requests (i.e. auto, signature, RV, Real Esate and VISA requests). Perform collections on past due accounts. Send collection notices, follow collection policy, work-out payment arrangements, process charge-offs and refer to collection agency when necessary, attend bankruptcy when necessary, process and sell repossessions and foreclosures when necessary. Perform market surveys to compare rates of area competitors and report to President and Vice-President. Prepare and present monthly reports of department's production performance, delinquency of portfolio and marketing proposal for upcoming months to Board of Directors.
