Daily Duties at Light Corporation:
Started off as Shipping Coordinator where I was responsible for organizing all orders for daily shipments, planning and scheduling all orders with appropriate trucking companies and filling out bills of ladings and international paperwork. Within 1 year was promoted to Customer Service as Representative for Eastern US Dealers. I served a customer base of 500+ office lighting dealers across eastern US. Primary backup to representative serving 500+ office lighting dealers across western US. Primary backup to representative serving industrial lighting customers through US and Canada. Answered phone calls from customers. Anticipated customer needs. Responded to and resolved customer complaints. Developed rapport and trusting relationships with customers externally and internally. Strived for 100% customer satisfaction every day.
