Daily Duties at Ncs Healthcare, Inc.:
Performed on-site and remote service / support for five company locations. Performed Lotus Notes administration as well as training functions to end users. Maintained and installed all software and hardware of PC's and servers, including a CITRIX remote node server. Selected Accomplishments: Assisted in design/roll-out of Lotus Notes to 5 sites in a tri-state area with 1,900 customers. Preserving seamless integration of Novell/NT/DG/Unix systems into current environment.
