Daily Duties at Banc One Corporation:
Provided complete Notes server administration for OH, KY, WV, and IN, for over 5,700 users and 235 databases. Responsible for designing, building and deploying a full-scale Lotus Notes E-mail and database environment. Encompassed all upgrades from 3.X to 4.5a, hardware and software installations (IBM 320-704). Supplied consulting services for entire Eastern Region, in the area of designing and implementing Notes migration from cc:Mail topology/environment to fit specific business needs. Trained new Help Desk associates to support Notes. Accomplishments: Successfully built the first seven production Lotus notes E-mail and database topology system for Bank One. To replace cc:Mail for over 15,000 end users slated for migration. Developed and taught 2-week and training course. Effectively training 36 Help Desk professionals to support Lotus Notes and provide assistance to end users. AWARDS________________________________________________________________ Received numerous awards, including Bank one Outstanding Achievement Awards for providing excellent customer service and business vision.
