Senior E-mail / Infrastructure Analyst. Provided high-level design topologies and support for large-scale E-mail solutions. This included migrations, upgrades, rollouts, and sophisticated fail-over SMTP solutions. Left position due to lack of new projects Columbus City Public Schools Successfully completed Lotus Quickplace installation, and provided solutions on troublesome network communication problems. Contracted, installed and configured monitoring software from Candle's Pinnacle Intelliwatch - accomplished in one week vs. normal implementation of three, plus testing. Collaborated with client in providing seamless connectivity designs in the manner of Domino database legacy systems (i.e. SQL / Oracle / DB2). Big Lots (Odd Lots) Performed complete domain name change on three Domino servers in just one evening. Corrected multiple DNS problems during conversion. American Financial Group (Corporate Office in Cincinnati) Analyzed, designed and implemented sophisticated SMTP mail fail-over solution - enabled client to run dual Domino SMTP servers in tandem. Eliminated single point-of-failure and week long outages.
