Daily Duties at Independant Lotus Domino Consultant:
Providing consulting services to clients in the areas of Domino mail and database infrastructure. As well as wireless solutions. Offering value added solutions in the realm of migrations, email startups and ecommerce solutions for small to medium size companies. To better leverage their future business growth. Assist large Lotus Notes / Domino clients in upgrades and migrations to optional OS platforms, i.e. AS/400, OS390, Linux. Collaborate with client’s technology teams, to redesign current email, web and security model topologies. This would encompass large scale complicated redesigns and domain-wide solutions. Collaborating with Lotus Notes teams and management. Focusing primarily on topology tuning client mail and database domains. Bringing them more in line with the direction of new core business directions.
