Daily Duties at American Signature Inc:
Responsibilities consisted of maintaining 145 mail and database base systems in the US and China. Support a total in excess of 68,000 Notes databases and 3000 users. In addition to Blackberry Domino wireless, RightFax 9.0 for Domino and ClearSwift MailSweeper SMTP content filtering server. Domino server design, build and deployment to retail centers and core design facilities in the US and Asia. Granular tasks include, but not limited to: Database testing and rollout. Blackberry enterprise server (BES) and wireless handheld management and support. Spam and content filtering for business communication optimization. Provided training and direction to Jr. Notes Administrator. Work closely with other business departments to provide support and solutions in all areas of need. Resolving complicated mail and database issues with the Lotus Notes team. Analyzing and implementing better solutions to address problematic business processes with additional focus on better leveraging our environment for internal customer usage.
