* Designed and implemented a lean, flexible, multi-model process, integrating machining and assembly line functions, increasing manufacturing flexibility, productivity and efficiency on behalf of the company. * Directed the installation of twelve robots, automation of eight leak test machines and elimination of 17 direct labor heads in the machining department and 16 in the assembly department (33 total), allowing for the addition of a new model for production and increasing throughput performance. * Provided comprehensive, hands-on management and coordination of large-scale projects and process improvement initiatives, handling all phases from conception through installation, including production support.
