Strategic Customer Programs Manager: Responsible for profitability and customer satisfaction of $3B long-term services contract with premier domestic airline operator. Key customer interface in all business, contractual, and technical discussions and negotiations. LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt: Responsible for implementing LEAN Six Sigma change methodology across a $13B services business. Led efforts to identify problems, analyze information, and develop and execute sustainable solutions consistent with key business initiatives.
