Daily Duties at Quality Components:

•Establish and maintain company business and system processes •Business analyst; evaluating current systems and modifying for current conditions. •Virtual help desk for 10 field sales reps using Microsoft operating systems •Manage 6 outside sales and 2 inside sales persons: setting budgets, driving NBO (new business opportunity) system and supplier reporting coordination •Outside sales for OEM and distributor accounts in the Northeast US, China, Mexico and Japan generating $10 million in annual sales •IT Management includes selection and implementation of new application software, hardware and staff training.
