Daily Duties at Tek Systems Inc.:
On Site at Marriott Int’l Inc and Lockheed Martin. Provided on-going level 2 Desktop Support in a multi-vendor network environment. Supported Marriott’s Information Resources System Support team. Responded to user calls, connectivity and configuration concerns and supported end-user applications. Maintained a log of problems and solutions using proprietary call tracking software, also tracked and documented solutions as necessary. Provided second level support to network clients, peers and Helpdesk Technicians.
