Led technology integration at the FDA Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER) and served as a Subject Matter Expert on the client’s Network Support Group. Managed project implementations and introduced best-practices into documentation procedures. Specific accomplishments included: Providing process improvement and delivery of projects; assisting in management of resources to meet workflow demands. Managing network services and coordinating junior technicians in problem resolution on a Dark Fiber/100Mb Ethernet backbone (Windows NT/2000). Coordinating routine server system administration and gained deep-rooted knowledge of network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN), protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, WINS), and Active Directory Services.
