Daily Duties at Stiles Corporation:
Oversaw the development of a 600 acre mixed use park. Project responsiblities included being the team leader to determine projects would be doing, working with the architect, engineers, consultants, leasing agents, property management, on site maintenance personnel and others. Was responsible for every project in the park which included every project having to meet with the approval of the architectural control committee. Projects included a $25MM infrastructure, 100,000 square foot design build office building for NaBanco (largest credit card processing firm in the US at the time), bulk distribution center, flex space, small office complex buildings, R&D projects, and numeorus design build projects. During this same period was responsible for two smaller parks and development projects being built
