Daily Duties at U Store It:
Was the project manager in the state of Florida for the largest privately held self-storage company in the United States. Was responsible for the development of eight self storage projects in Florida. Responsibilities included obtaining site plan approvals, site selection, selection of contractors, consultants, supervising construction, approving draws, unit mix, and addressing any issues with the development of the projects. In addition, was the facility manager for 26 facilities located in the SE United States. Made recommednations as to capital improvements and provided estimates and reviewed construction of improveents.
