Daily Duties at Element Six:

•Responsible for supervising team of 30 production staff, operators, technicians & inspectors •Allocated staff resources and workload to ensure strict production deadlines were met •Ensured quality standards were maintained using 5S and Lean manufacturing techniques •Participated in daily reviews with management regarding EDM area performance •Liaised with logistics and sales to prioritise material flow and orders within supply chain •Contributed in improvement processes to achieve ISO9000 and ISO14001 accreditations
