Transitioned project from incumbent and oversaw operations of the One Stop Suite project for the General Services Administration’s Public Building Services. Chaired integrated project team meetings, including face to face meetings and teleconferences. Directed 6 software development initiatives. Assessed requirements and designed solutions to satisfy client needs. Conferred with clients to ensure continuing alignment with requirements and sufficiency of documentation. Devised and deployed strategies to optimize the delivery of projects including data repository related front-end applications and 17 data gateway interfaces that enabled repository script extract, transform, and load (ETL) processes. Conducted testing and progress reviews in cooperation with developers. Prepared detailed reports on project progress and financial metrics as compared to budgets/forecasts for the client. Directed a 9-member team.  Delivered projects on time and within budget by leveraging project management and SDLC expertise.  Directed work efforts including reviews of requirements for completeness and feasibility, reviews of interface identifications, test plans, and requirements traceability analyses.  Spearheaded compressed implementation schedules to maintain alignment across database production schedules.
