Served as client primary point of contact for development and deployment of tailored COTS software releases for a White House initiative for Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection, Post Academy Virtual Learning Center. Created and monitored project plans to prepare and deliver software releases. Oversaw a 6-member team. Documented and validated all requirements to tailor and enhance the Meridian COTS product suite to meet the client’s business needs. Directed the software development lifecycle work efforts that included software development, test plans, anomaly evaluations, new constraints, and risk analyses. Delivered status meeting minutes, monthly status reports, and managed project communications including issues, action items, and change control. Delivered Statements of Work for on-going software releases that included defining tasks and activities, sequencing project dependencies and milestones, creating project schedules, and determining budget.
