Daily Duties at Stg, Inc.:
Serve as a senior level manager on a major systems engineering and integration DoD Army contract. Primary duties include multiple contract task order management for the development and production lifecycle of command and control platform systems. Requested by senior leadership to serve as Acting Program Manager for four months. Monitor and control all aspects of each task to include assignment of labor, cost and schedule performance, financial reviews and reports, and forecast to achieve budget and schedule goals. Direct activities of program personnel to include program control, systems engineering, production, quality assurance and logistics support. Supervise 5 Functional Managers. Engage in direct customer relations while scheduling commercial and customer equipment purchases and deliveries and negotiating milestone product deliveries. Explore, acquire, develop, and integrate new technologies, tools, processes, and strategic relationships. Direct design reviews and assess system attributes to demonstrate compliance against requirements. Engage in request for proposal development to capture new business in adjacencies.
