Client Server – Provided all Level support for a Department of Defense classified and unclassified computer systems and network support, System Administrator (Currently in Iraq) supporting Tactical Biometrics Systems project – responsible to keep Biometrics processing center site up and running 24X7X365 in live theater, provided all around Biometrics systems support including biometrics application enrollments, print smart cards, verify smart cards, conducted periodical field updates and entry control points technical services, create batch process file to apply security IAVA certified patches site wide, Performed field services at entry points in live theaters, conducted backups on Ghost Cast Server, imaged workstations – create deployable images using Ghost Enterprise, created user accounts, maintained LAN, maintained VSAT, maintained Video Cameras on a LAN, installed software on workstations, updated Registry settings on workstations, setup client on network through DHCP and Static IP, setup home drives for clients, Tracked, identified, logged, generated daily and weekly reports for leader, installed desktop/laptop computers, printers, and application software, Manage inventory of end-user computer assets, Write weekly report services summary support documentation, Troubleshoot incidents and provide recovery fixes where possible, Escalate more complex incidents where necessary for investigation, Responsible for overall customer satisfaction and maintain high levels of service and quality to internal customer, Work with business and IT Manager to establish project goals, objectives and deliverables, Must possess strong analytical skills in the computer field, Very time-sensitive, prompt and responsive, Be willing and able to relate well with PC users who are struggling with PC problems Skills/Experience Requirements, Experience with change management process flow and documentation, Experience working in a regulated environment Active Directory – Share Point, Project Management & MS Server Technology Creating Network Accounts, Groups, Assign Permissions, Login Script, Special Mapping needed, Account Password Reset, File Recovery and Restore, Network Drive Mapping Issues, Print Server Management, applied IAVA approved security patches using .BAT scripts, VPN Administration, Troubleshooting Various Issues, Remote Login Issues, Citrix, Worked on all level Tier technical issues escalated by end users and onsite military personnel.
