Leadership and management of marketing and business development activities for national DIRECTV retailer resulting in perennial status as Top 10 (Elite) Dealer, National Strategic Partner and DIRECTV Preferred Online Retailer. Championed day-to-day relationship management, account team direction and marketing P & L responsibilities. Negotiated new business development opportunities and managed them through campaign execution. Supervised advertising agencies and the media buying process (TV, radio, newspaper, direct mail, shared mail). Managed online accounts including sponsorships, banners, online directory listings, lead generation, contextual and behavioral targeting as well as opt-in email across multiple economic models (CPM, CPC, CPA, CPO, CPL, Pay-per-call, Hybrid). Coordinated programs with sales and call center to optimize revenue. * Led business development, marketing and advertising activities for Expert Satellite helping to grow new customer acquisitions from 100 per month to over 6,000 per month while meeting or exceeding ROI targets. * Authored and executed marketing plans including the development of annual forecasts to meet and exceed company goals resulting in exponential company growth via online, call center and retail store channels. * Launched and optimized national Affiliate Program as well as Search Engine Management (SEM) campaigns resulting in profitable, incremental new revenue and significant market share growth.
