Daily Duties at L'oreal Usa:

Responsible for Tampa Bay Region Manage in access of 300 accounts with a consistent growth level by creating exceptional support, training systems and initial business plans. Implement 7 step sales processes in servicing accounts including preparation, building trust, discovery, providing solutions, resolving objections, closing the sale and follow up. Sell and represent 15 different major product lines to salons and day spas throughout the Tampa Bay area. Responsible for operating each account with daily orders directly into the system through Datasurge. Maintained daily paperwork for each account, as well as daily activity reports and weekly cold call reporting.
