Daily Duties at Ingram Micro:

Developed and maintained IMpulse financial applications dealing with credit reporting, cash apply, order entry, customer and vendor Information, Vertex tax processing, treasury reporting, audit compliance, and data transfer Interfaces to various servers (for use by Magellan, Filenet, and Moody). (Note: IMpulse was actually a heavily modified and enhanced version of CAMBAR.) My work allowed credit operations to be more timely and flexible in releasing orders and in identifying accounts of opportunity. Provided new information for the Finance Dept. in their day to day business. Developed new CICS screens and reports for financial applications providing critical financial and customer information for end users. Designed Master Trust Treasury reports for auditing purposes giving critical information to users. Enhanced current programs by adding new relevant information or to deleting unnecessary components for United States and international finance applications. Converted FTP data transfer to Fusion process in both sending and receiving data to the IBM mainframe to streamline the process. Updated Dun and Bradstreet credit score matrix for credit checks, developed interface for Moody credit score reporting, maintained Dun & Bradstreet credit score reporting process allow credit operations to be more flexible in releasing customer orders. Developed Informatica workflow for transferring data from U.S. Oracle server to European SQL database server in a timely manner.
