Daily Duties at A.B. Heller:

Responsible for all issues concerning staffing, tooling, gauging, quality and preventative maintenance. Managed all personnel issues concerning attendance, discipline and wage reviews. Point person for carrying out production vision. Worked with engineering to identify and initiate process change notifications, internal 8D documentation and process improvements. Supported production planning concerning customer service issues. Managed work in progress and finished goods markets. Maintained Lean and 5S principles. Report to Operations Director.
