Daily Duties at A.B. Heller Inc.:

Managed operator quality, production, efficiency and uptime. Oversaw scheduling of equipment and operators for optimum utilization. Lead complete operator training including; process drawings, control plans, purge and containment, and ERP training. Ensured completion of documents including observation reports, requests for purchases, maintenance, and engineering. Solved machine malfunction issues, adjustment of machine settings, and initiation of crash recovery procedures. Report to Production Group Manager.
