Daily Duties at Pricewaterhouse Coopers:

 Served as the senior manager on Switch & Data Facilities Company, Inc. in connection with their implementation of Sarbanes Oxley Act, section 404.  Managed the audit, reviews and SEC required procedures in connection with the successful debt offering by Switch & Data raising $120 million in debt.  Served as the senior manager on Gyrocam, LLP in connection with their various transactions.  Served as lead senior manager on various less sophisticated privately held companies guiding/engaging them in dialogues helping them understand the maze of the newly pronounced GAAP and GAAS requirements.  Served as member of the Senior Managers Steering Committee handling office, staff and office portfolio challenges and made recommendations to the partners in connection with these challenges.  Managed and led successful proposals and fee negotiations of various engagements.  Made a presentation on behalf of the Firm in Universities' accounting circles.  Performed a KPMG peer review.  Participated as part of the Firm Diversity program, wrote articles on diversity for the Florida Market, which were shared with the Florida partners and staff.
