Served as the lead audit senior in connection with the implementation of Sarbanes Oxley Act, section 404 of my publically traded clients. Served as the lead senior associate on various registration filings by Anchor, which rose over $300 million in publicly traded debt. Served as the lead senior associate on Catalina engagement (SEC client), which was a new PwC client at that time, involved 10A investigation and restatements. Consistently demonstrated strong technical skills which led me to early promotion to manager.
