Service level maintainance, supervision of grocery buying department (4 buyers and 4 buyer assistants)inventory planning and inventory control, gross profit budgeting and attainment, buyer training (vendor negotiation training) department cost budgeting and payroll planning, merchandising for effective sell through at store level and advertising. Trade show planning and execution.
