Daily Duties at Vanguard Car Rental (National Car Rental):
Developed and utilized industry relationships to generate referrals and through diligent cold calling efforts of Fortune 500 companies. Created tools and methodology to provide detailed analyses of corporate car rental spend to accounts for implementation of company directed price increases of 5 – 7 %, resulting in 100 % success in keeping all accounts. Tools included monthly management of Profit and Loss statements on all 75 accounts. Field trained and mentored all Sales Executives in the Northeast Region to sell car rental corporate services. Managed direct and dotted line reports to ensure strong account management and customer service.
