Daily Duties at Eaton Corp.:

•Responsible for implementing and maintaining QS 9000 Quality System. Researched data and wrote Quality Systems Manual as well as Quality Management Procedures that conform to the QS9000 Third Edition and ISO 9001 quality standard requirements. •Perform Internal Audits to assess continued conformance of the quality system to QS 9000. •Provide quality systems support and training to management and production personnel. •Assist in the development of procedures and implementation of ISO 14001 Environmental Systems. •Maintain document control system. •Perform Eaton Business Excellence Assessments (Malcome Baldridge criteria) of various Eaton facilities for compliance to the EBEA criteria. •Assist in continuous improvement activities utilizing the eighteen-step Kaizen process. •Manage Quality Lab personnel that consist of Layout Technicians responsible for dimensional verification utilizing various test equipment, including CMM; and Quality Technicians responsible for SPC data collection, process verification and test equipment calibration.
