Daily Duties at Asmo North Carolina, Inc. :
•Implement and maintain ISO/TS16949 Quality System activities that include but are not limited to, ISO/TS Surveillance Audit, customer audits and internal audits. •Development of procedures for conformance to ISO/TS16949 Quality Management System Requirements. •Provide quality systems support and training to management and production personnel. •Maintain customer relationship by investigating Warranty and OEM complaints. Perform routine customer visitation. Support APQP activities. •Support supplier quality efforts by meeting with suppliers to discuss, quality assurance requirements, nonconformities and improvement activities. •Participate in continuous improvement activities utilizing the Kaizen philosophy.
