Daily Duties at Wilbert Plastic Services :
•Evaluate customer requirements and submit PPAP to customer for approval. •Review customer returns for non-conformance. •Investigate customer complaints by performing 8D analysis. •Maintain ISO/TS16949 Quality System activities that include but are not limited to, ISO/TS Surveillance Audit and customer audits. •Manage Internal Audit program to assess continued conformance of the quality system to ISO/TS16949. •Provide systems support and training to management and production personnel. •Implement and maintain ISO14001 Environmental Management System activities that include but are not limited to, ISO14001 Surveillance Audit and internal audits. •Development of procedures for conformance to ISO14001 Environmental Management System Requirements. •Provide environmental systems support and training to management and production personnel. •Maintain ISO/TS16949 and ISO14001 document control systems.
