• Established a great working relationship with the cross functional teams; Sales, Research and Development, IT, Professional Services and the Training department • Key driver for new processes o Project plans for all implementation modules o Statement of Work and Change Control forms o Templates (lesson’s learned, go live, upgrade, deliverable and sign-off checklists) o Resource request form (Infopath) o Sharepoint site creation and tutorial o Scorecard for Implementations for upper management • Implementation Project Manager for all new software product licensing, ranging from Accounting module (JIB, Revenue and Budget accounting), Land module (land rentals and lease/use), Production Module and the Asset Tracking module • Interfaced with 3rd party vendors during implementations and/or upgrades with go live checklists as well as coordinate with IT on space and set up requirements • Single point of contact for the customer during the implementations o Created the Statement of Work (SOW) and received approval from the Consulting and Account Managers before sending to the customer o Facilitated weekly status meetings (internally and with customer) o Provided weekly status reports reflecting an executive summary, milestones met, milestones planned, and the budget to actual for the hours, as well as any outstanding issues or risks o Issued a Change Control form when work was requested outside the SOW o Created a Go Live checklist and identified all resources o After Turn over to Customer Care – concluded with Lessons learned • Applied the Microsoft Framework Solution methodology for SDLC for new enhancements within a Bolo module, as well as adopt the brand new methodology for Bolo - Surestep • Utilized and created repeatable Microsoft project plans for all the implementations with the exception of the Land module; used a checklist using Excel • Helped Sales/Architect beat several deadlines by documenting and developing business process flows for a customer using Visio • Spearheaded the Resource manager role for Professional Services 50+ resources o used an Excel spreadsheet for capacity and resource allocation planning o improved forecast revenue dollars for upper management by providing a forecast report against actual revenue • Improved Customer Satisfaction by providing metrics and status reports • Nurtured existing customer needs and maintained relationships; including 3rd party vendor contracts
