Provided administrative oversight for key clinical services in academic hospital setting including a Level 1 & 3 designated Trauma Center, Medical and Surgical ICUs, Pediatric ICU, Medical and Surgical Floors, Women & Infant Services, Radiology, Operating Rooms and Ambulatory Specialty Clinics. Facilitated directed work groups on a multitude of strategic issues impacting local and system-wide resources.
