Daily Duties at Valley Baptist Health System:
Primarily responsible for mentoring part-time Six Sigma practitioners through the Six Sigma DMAIC methodology and facilitating improvements in the quality of patient care and operational efficiencies working closely with Medical, Clinical and Support Staff. Other duties included ensuring the timely reporting of monthly dashboard metrics, production of accountability scorecards, facilitation of groups to solutions in complex problem solving situations, ensuring large-scale buy-in facilitating the Change Acceleration Process methodology, providing supervision and oversight for the Infection Control Department and other duties as assigned.
