•Negotiate and administer pricing agreements with second and third tier suppliers to support NCR’s contract manufacturers. •Source new suppliers for R&D programs with leading edge technologies for RealPrice systems and RFIDs. • Identify commodities for reverse auctions and /or movement to suppliers in low cost regions. Develop second sources for key optical components establishing competitive pricing. •Lead world wide corporate commodity management team initiatives to reduce total cost of ownership. •Drive and train suppliers in continuous process improvements.
