Daily Duties at Md Synergy Llc.:
•Conduct market research and identify current and emerging customer needs •Develop a product vision and business plan to help accomplish the company’s business objectives •Document the product vision, scope and requirements •Manage the product development process and coordinate meetings and decisions as needed •Participate in developing prototypes and user interface designs •Run beta tests and gather customer feedback •Direct interactions with Vendors •Prioritize features, enhancements, bugs, and make trade-off decisions •Strong experience designing and managing Web-based products / services •Strong understanding of Web design process and familiarity with current Internet technologies •Ability to make sound product design decisions based on internal (business) and external (customer) requirements •Ability to understand customer experience and impact of user interface design •Ability to document vision and workflow clearly for engineers •Track record of successfully defining and managing products throughout the entire product life cycle •Experience writing market / product requirement documents (samples may be requested) •Experience successfully managing beta and QA releases •Throughout the term of this employment - managing overall coordination of IT applications development projects, from planning through implementation and go live. Project size exceeded ten (10) team members and budgets of over $1million. •Setting project scope, cost, priorities, deadlines, and deliverable schedules •Risk and Change Management •Facilitating discussion and consensus among various project stakeholders such as analysts, application programmers and clients •Managing and monitoring project budgets and expenditures •Developing and managing project specifications, technical design and requirements •Hold weekly executive meetings to report the progress of the project •Prepare and present written and oral weekly reports to CEO and CFO •Researching the need of new features requested by clients •Analyzing systems hardware and software problems and developing technical solutions •Translating user and/or system requirements into functional technical specifications •Writing detailed Requirement and Functional Specifications, which is used by the applications development team for translation into actual program code • Integration with clearing houses for claims submission, eligibility and claim status • Understanding the Healthcare industry and patient’s need for accessing their medical records online and sharing Medical Records among appropriate providers. • Gather requirements including software and hardware requirements for Integrating with Boeing for their Document management system and Clinical Integration for their Electronic Medical Record. • Write detailed Functional specifications for both integration parties. •Supervising the Training, Support and enrollment departments •In charge of Hiring and dismissal of the personnel in Training, Support and Enrollment departments. •Manage Client Activation Process •Providing technical support for personnel at all levels to ensure successful implementation and migration to their new software •Troubleshooting network related issues •Providing feedback to sales and marketing group on the feasibility of promoting additional software options
