Provided installation consultation for largest single worldwide provider of hardware and software systems serving the broadcast and advertising industries. Assisted personnel with workstation problems, headed management process tasks, and resolved various problems. Built communications systems using Microsoft Exchange and performed SQL engineering, implementation, rollout, and merging of SQL with Onyx System. Responsible for installation and maintenance of Microsoft Proxy Server. Maximized efficiency by carving Closed Loop installation from five days to two; utilized time saved to develop internal processes, check hardware, and answer client questions, as well as creating education materials for in-house and customer use. Ensured client satisfaction by maintaining absolute availability to provide assistance with difficulties and by offering IBM’s extensive knowledge base to answer questions and address concerns. A majority of installations were performed on the AS/400 platform and Intel, and included end-user education on an on-going basis (up to two years), and included system back up, maintenance and upgrades.
