Daily Duties at Ibm/Ctg:

Provided support for IBM iSeries e-Server performance and technical assistance to Clients Globally. Diagnose areas of System integrity, deficiency and operability for Client specific applications. Assist Customers in the use of PPP/VPN connections to provide remote assistance in the event of system failure. Liaison between end-Users and Developers to tailor products to Customer’s satisfaction. Proficient in the use of the Service Agent/Director and PM/400 product for all releases of OS/400.
