• Led transformation of the organization’s Business Intelligence platform from immaturity to a scalable, enterprise-level solution, elevating our product’s positioning in Gartner reports • Defined an end-to-end technology solution that allowed information specialists to move and transform data from transactional systems to data warehouses and eventually to sales and marketing analytical platforms • Designed and built APIs to support the building and customization of data warehouses for Oracle’s Clickstream and Personalization application product line • Spearheaded the effort to educate and empower our Support and Education Teams to handle the increasingly difficult issues faced by the customer base, thus significantly reducing resolution time by weeks • Appointed primary representative to our key early adopters, travelling to their location to educate customer staff, troubleshoot issues and maintain overall goodwill
